By accessing and using Working Hours Reports ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Description of Service
Working Hours Reports is a web application that allows you to:
- Access your WorkingHours database stored on Google Drive
- Generate monthly reports for your clients
- View working hours entries and calculate totals
User Accounts and Authentication
To use the Service, you must:
- Have a Google account
- Grant the application access to your Google Drive (read-only)
- Have the WorkingHours database file accessible in your Google Drive
Google Drive Access
By using this Service, you grant us read-only access to your Google Drive for the sole purpose of:
- Accessing the WorkingHours database file
- Downloading and caching the database file for report generation
You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
Data Usage
We do not:
- Store your personal information beyond what is necessary for the Service
- Share your data with third parties
- Modify or delete files in your Google Drive
- Access any files other than the authorized WorkingHours database file
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account
- Ensuring the WorkingHours database file is accessible and in the correct format
- Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by logging out or revoking access through your Google Account settings.
